Why Payments Might Be Declined

Our system may automatically flag credit card transactions as a precaution against potential fraud, especially if there are inconsistencies in billing/shipping addresses or unusual activity patterns. This aligns with industry-standard security practices to protect both customers and businesses.

Solutions to Override Declined Payments

1. Pay Via PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, we recommend you pay via PayPal.

2. Use Alternative Payment Methods

Option A: PayPal Guest Checkout

  • Step 1: Select “PayPal” at checkout.
  • Step 2: On the PayPal page, choose “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” (no account required).
  • Step 3: Enter your card details to complete the purchase.

Option B: Switch to Another Card
Try a different credit/debit card, preferably one with no foreign transaction fees.

3. Contact Your Bank for Authorization

Declines may occur if your bank blocks international transactions. Proactively:

  • Call the number on your card to confirm the payment is legitimate.
  • Request temporary removal of restrictions for this transaction.

4. Verify Billing Details

Ensure the billing address matches the one registered with your bank. Mismatches often trigger declines.

Notice:

Please note that there is a slight chance your credit card-issuing banks may charge you a 1-3% foreign transaction fee of the total transaction price. To avoid unnecessary foreign transaction fees please check with your bank that your card does not charge these fees or check your credit card’s terms and conditions. You might have a card that doesn’t charge these fees. If the transaction fee has been charged, please check with your bank.
